Main Objective Helping doctoral candidates to clarify their professional goals and to envision the impact of their PhD experience on their career. Giving them tools to define and implement their career planning.
Pedagogical goals After the training course, participants will be able to:
Understand the cornerstones of “career development” and get acquainted with the professional environments where they can work.
Understand the importance of career planning for their professional evolution
Define their career planning by using specific tools and methods
Analyze their PhD research experience as a step of their career
Implement an action plan to prepare their professional development
Content Interactive workshop with a mix of concepts and methods to elaborate a career planning and to market the doctorate efficiently. Practical applications to put the methods into practice and allow participants to become more confident and autonomous. Exchange between peers to generate new professional ideas.
