Research or even more generally a professional activity can cause stress. When the stress increases and becomes permanent, health risks multiply. Burn-out can be at the rendezvous. This training aims to help you understand your stress, and to prevent the burn-out. The training is based on the experience of the participants and is articulated between theoretical notions (30%) and practical exercises (70%).
