An annual call for mobility is organised for master's students who are seeking a placement in another region. This call involves making a selection according to the jointly agreed criteria (common framework) but this call is then adapted to the specific conditions associated with each partner (e.g. placement duration, placement period, etc.) The universities are committed to helping "incoming" students in their efforts to find a business or organisation in their area. The support covers transport expenses and possibly accommodation.
The aim of the call for mobility for master's students is to pool the existing practices of the various institutions for the inclusion of placements in the master's courses, by creating a wider range of options thanks to the pooling of the offers of the networks of the universities, by encouraging students to cross the border and strengthen the ties between the university and the professional environment of the entire cross-border area. For the students, this project creates added value because of its cross-border character: broadening their knowledge of the job market and the showcasing their talents within these partner structures. For the socio-economic and public stakeholders concerned, these placements can be used to resolve occasional problems and put them in contact with future graduates.
